The assessment center process

Assessment process consists of four basic steps that include: active observation, observations, notes and grading classification of competencies.

The competencies obtained by the results of personality tests, career, interests and abilities are compared at the end of each period, a team of senior managers and officials of straight people (assessment) of experts and consultants, psychologists and human resources to draw profiles of individual and pay job. After the evaluation period, the results for a final report to the company / organization will be put. The report reflects the skills and competencies of individual participants will be evaluated.
